Pennsylvania State Police in Warren issued a news release today stating they are attempting to locate a man who the family says is missing.

Anthony S. Richards is 47, 6-foot-2, 220 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was operating a silver color 2021 Ford Bronco bearing Pennsylvania registration MLY-1349 with a “Till Valhalla” bumper sticker.
