A Corry man has been charged with four felony charges by Warren police after an alleged incident Wednesday.

Delbert Liller, 36, was charged Wednesday with one count of first-degree felony unlawful contact with a minor – sexual offenses, one count of third-degree felony unlawful contact with a minor – open lewdness, third-degree felony criminal use of a communication facility and third-degree corruption of minors – defendant age 18 or above. Liller was arraigned Wednesday evening by Magisterial District Court Judge Laura Bauer, who set bail at $50,000.

Liller was unable to post bail Wednesday and was taken to the Warren County Prison.
