Ohio woman dies after crash in Triumph Twp.
A Sandusky, Ohio, woman was killed in an ATV crash that occurred in Triumph Twp. at about 11:45 p.m. on Saturday.
Warren-based Pennsylvania State report that a 2012 Kawasaki Brute Force was traveling east on Youngsville Rd. east of Campbell Hill Rd.
Troopers say that the vehicle was operated by Tyler J. Pravlik, 29, Sandusky, Ohio, and that Pravlik lost control of the vehicle, sliding on the dirt road and overturning several times.
Both Pravlik and a passenger, Brenna M. Pravlik, 29, Sandusky, were ejected from the vehicle.
Troopers say that she was pronounced dead at the scene by the Warren County Coroner’s Office while Tyler Pravlik was flown from the scene with “suspected major injuries.”
Police say that neither individual was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
Tidioute VFD provided EMS services at the scene while other agencies assisting included Tidioute Fire Police, EmergyCare, State MedEvac, the Coroner’s Office and Hillview Towing.
In addition to troopers from the Warren barracks, the Pennsylvania State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Specialist Unit, Pennsylvania State Police Forensic Services Unit and the Erie Station assisted in the investigation.
Troopers say that investigation is ongoing.
