Three state roads in Warren County have been closed to through traffic due to flooding and related damage to trees and utility lines, PennDOT announced today.

Drivers should be alert of the following roadway conditions:

— Route 957 – Closed from the intersection with Page Hollow Road to the intersection with Route 69 in Sugar Grove Township.

— Route 957 – Closed from the intersection with Curtis Street to the intersection with Dobson Road in Sugar Grove Township.

— Page Hollow Road (Route 1025) – Closed from the intersection with Chapman Road to the intersection with Scandia Road in Glade Township.

The roads will remain closed until water rescinds and any needed repairs can be made. Motorists can check www.511PA.com for the latest updates on flood-related closures and restrictions.

PennDOT urges motorists to be alert to water on roadways, obey warning signs and traffic control devices, and never drive through flooding or standing water on roads. Shallow, swiftly flowing water can wash a car from a roadway. Also, the roadbed may not be intact under the water.
