Man wanted locally nabbed in Jamestown
JAMESTOWN — A city man who was wanted in Warren County has been nabbed.
Jamestown Police report that before 4 a.m. Tuesday, officers were patrolling in the area of the 7-Eleven on East Second Street and observed the 23-year-old resident Dakota M. Proestler entering the store. Proestler had known warrants from the city of Jamestown and a warrant from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office for retail theft.
Proestler was placed into custody and transported to the City Jail where he is held pending arraignment and is charged with being a fugitive from justice in addition to his Jamestown warrants.
