Police seek info in early morning hit-and-run
Conewango Township police are seeking information in connection with a Tuesday morning hit-and-run on Jackson Run Road.
Police say that a 20-year-old male was walking westbound on Jackson Run Road shortly after 7 a.m.
“The male,” police say, “was struck with what investigators believe to be a passenger side mirror which knocked him to the ground, causing minor injury.”
The vehicle is believed to be a red sedan of an unknown make and model.
Police say the vehicle fled after striking the pedestrian, who was transported to Warren General Hospital by EmergyCare ambulance.
