CHAUTAUQUA — A Pennsylvania man has been charged after a suspicious situation that occurred more than a week ago in this Chautauqua County town.

On Saturday evening, sheriff’s deputies reported responding to an incident and vehicle complaint on Route 394 around 8 p.m. Sept. 24.

Deputies identified the driver of the involved vehicle to be Anthony Pollaro, 28, of Tidioute. Following an investigation into the incident, deputies charged Pollaro with driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs. Pollaro will answer his charges in Chautauqua Town Court.
