The article in Friday’s Times Observer regarding the tree on the courthouse lawn stated that the low bid for removal of the tree was $11,500. That was a misprint. The actual bid was $1,150.

Correction

The 5M Feeds Warren ad that ran on page A6 of Thursday’s Times Observer in the National Garden Month promotion erroneously listed an Open House for 5M Feeds of Warren. The ad was run due to a production error and there is no Open House at 5M Feeds happening on May 1 and May 2.

During arraignment proceedings on Thursday, a bench warrant was erroneously issued for the arrest of Kelly N. Laisdell, Clarendon, who was not present in court. Online court records show that her appearance had been waived in advance of Thursday’s hearing.

A sister-in-law, Janet Dunkle, was incorrectly listed in an obituary for Frank Acklin in Wednesday’s Times Observer. She was listed as Janet Dunkleman.

A memorial service for David Thomson will be held on Saturday April 16, 2016 at noon at St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church, 343 E. Main St. in Youngsville. The Rev. Timothy Dyer will officiate. Burial will be in Warren County Memorial Park.

The next meeting for the Warren County Planning Commission will be on Tuesday, May 3. The commission meets the first Tuesday of the month.
