Russell man found not guilty in homicide

A Russell man has been found not guilty by a jury of a charge of criminal homicide. Mark Saullo of Russell faced a single count of criminal homicide in connection with the killing of Keith R. Haskins, 55, also of Russell. Saullo had been held in the Warren County Jail since his May 2024 arrest. He was ordered released from the jail on Monday after his acquittal. Saullo was represented by attorney Jason Nard of Pittsburgh. Cody Brown, first assistant district attorney, prosecuted the case. Saullo had said the shooting was in self-defense. Man accused of camp burglaries pleads guilty

A Warren man accused of taking part in several camp burglaries in late 2024 has pleaded guilty to eight felony charges on six separate court dockets. Kyle A. Lauritson of Warren pleaded guilty recently in front of Judge Gregory Hammond. All told, Lauritson had faced 20 felony charges in Warren County. Stockton man dies in Kiantone crash

KIANTONE --- A Stockton man has died after a motorcycle accident on Wednesday evening. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office along with multiple other agencies responded to the area of Route 62 and Route 60 around 6:22 p.m. On arrival and through an investigation, it was found that the male operator of the motorcycle, Thad W. A Warren man has been sentenced to up to 5 years in state prison after not registering with the Pennsylvania State Police Christopher L. Gage of Warren was sentenced by Judge Maureen Skerda on June 20 to a $1,250 fine and between 19 months and 5 years in state prison after pleading guilty to an amended charge of failure to register with the Pennsylvania State Police, a second-degree felony.
