Theft. Mabel L. Munoz, 71, of Sheffield was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise July 22 by Conewango Police after an alleged incident January 8 in Conewango Township.

DUI. Kristopher W. Reed, 51, of Clarendon was charged with DUI/BAC above .16%, driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance, DUI/unsafe driving and two summary charges July 28 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident March 6 in Pleasant Township.
