Criminal mischief. Jamie J. Watson, 50, of St. Petersburg, Fla., was charged with damage of property March 30 by Warren City Police after an alleged incident March 6 in the city of Warren.

DUI. Joel Oswalt, 58, of Warren was charged with DUI/BAC over .16% first offense, DUI/general impairment and incapability of driving safely, first offense and reckless driving March 30 by Warren City Police after an alleged incident March 3 in the city of Warren.

DUI. Jeffery R. Bullock, 63, of Sheffield was charged with DUI/BAC over .16%, four misdemeanors of driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance, DUI/unsafe driving, possession of marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and eight summary charges March 30 by State Police of Warren after an alleged incident March 2 in Sheffield Township.

DUI. Michael A. Bancroft, 41, of North Warren was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC over .16% and two summary charges March 30 by State Police of Warren after an alleged incident Feb. 26 in the city of Warren.

Financial exploitation. Melissa Jordan of Warren was charged with financial exploitation of an older adult or care-dependent person and theft by unlawful taking of movable property March 30 by Warren City Police after an alleged incident June 1, 2025 in the city of Warren.

DUI. Sierrah M. Pearman, 24, of Warren was charged with four misdemeanors of driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance, DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .10-.16% and five summary charges March 31 by State Police of Warren after an alleged incident Feb. 25 in the city of Warren.

DUI. Micheal J. Fitzgerald, 47, of Clarendon was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance, altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates, possessing an instrument of crime with intent to criminally employ, tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and six summary offense charges March 27 by State Police of Warren after an alleged incident Nov. 22, 2025 in Mead Township.

DUI. Lindsay L. Oswalt, 32, of Warren was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .10%-.16% and three summary charges March 27 by State Police of Warren after an alleged incident Feb. 28 in Conewango Township.

DUI. Jeremyah S. Aiken, 21, of Russell was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC over .16% and seven summary charges March 27 by State Police of Warren after an alleged incident March 14 in Elk Township.

Possession of a controlled substance. Ashley M. Abraham, 44, of Sheffield was charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use possession of drug paraphernalia and seven summary charges March 30 by State Police of Warren after an alleged incident Feb. 13 in Mead Township.

DUI. Kevin M. Hale, 55, of Sheffield was charged with DUI/BAC .10-.16% first offense, DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense and operating a vehicle without valid inspection March 30 by Conewango Township Police after an alleged incident March 23 in Conewango Township.

Possession of a controlled substance. Kerstin A. Henry, 29, of Warren was charged with two misdemeanors of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana-small amount personal use and operating a vehicle without valid inspection March 30 by Conewango Township Police after an alleged incident March 29 in Conewango Township.
