Contraband substance. Kaylee N. Smith, 37, of Sheffield was charged with second-degree felony contraband/controlled substance and marijuana – small amount personal use March 20 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident March 156 in the city of Warren.

Harassment. George Brown, 68, of Warren was charged with harassment March 20 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident March 8 in Conewango Township.

Retail theft. Maggie MN Desimone, 30, of Irvine was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise March 20 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Feb. 11 in Conewango Township.

Harassment. Elizabeth A. Knight, 42, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with two counts of harassment March 19 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Feb. 26 in Sugar Grove borough.

DUI. Edmund P. Ellis, 88, of Chandlers Valley was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .10-.16% and two traffic citations March 19 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop in Sugar Grove Township.

W. WARREN COUNTY – VACANT

Harassment. Kimberley M.C. Thomas, 34, of Youngsville was charged with harassment March 19 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident March 9 in Brokenstraw Township. On a second docket, she was also charged with harassment by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident March 6 in Brokenstraw Township.
