Fighting. Samuel Hornacky, 23, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct engaged in fighting Monday by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Feb. 13 in Warren.

Fighting. Jacob J. Disshon, 23, of Sheffield was charged with disorderly conduct engaged in fighting Monday by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Feb. 13 in Warren.

Simple assault. Kaylee N. Smith, 37, of Sheffield was charged with simple assault Sunday by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Sunday in Sheffield Township. She was arraigned Monday by Judge Daniel Miller and taken to the Warren County Jail on $10,000 unsecured bail.

Theft. Scott M. Reitzig, 50, of Fredonia, Pa., was charged with third-degree felony theft by unlawful taking Monday by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Jan. 25 in Warren.

Identity theft. Dacy K. Manross, 61, of Clarendon was charged with two counts of misdemeanor identity theft Monday by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident dating back to Jan. 1, 2023, in Sheffield Township.

Public drunkenness. William L. Tillman, 36, of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct March 13 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Feb. 11 in Warren.

Harassment. David R. Smithers, 41, of Warren was charged with harassment – subjecting another to physical contact March 13 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Feb. 25 in Warren. On a second docket, Smithers was also charged with harassment by city police March 10 after an alleged incident Feb. 13 in Warren.

Alcohol purchase by minor. Andrew D. Chase, 18, of Sugar Grove was charged with purchase etc. of alcoholic beverages by a minor March 13 by Warren city police after an alleged incident Feb. 26 in Warren.

Alcohol purchase by minor. Harlee J. Morse, 19, of Panama, N.Y., was charged with purchase etc. of alcoholic beverages by a minor March 13 by Warren city police after an alleged incident Feb. 26 in Warren.

Alcohol purchase by minor. Catrina J. Cogdell, 18, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with purchase etc. of alcoholic beverages by a minor March 13 by Warren city police after an alleged incident Feb. 26 in Warren.

Public drunkenness. Jared L. Christian, 39, of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct March 13 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Feb. 26 in Warren.

Corruption of minors. Dakota S. Griffin, 26, of the Albion Correctional Facility, was charged with four counts of third-degree corruption of minors – defendant age 18 or above, on Tuesday by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Jan. 8, 2026, in Conewango Township. Griffin is listed in online court docket information as being in the Albion Correctional Facility in Erie County.

Retail theft. Donovan S. Fiscus, 23, of Warren was charged Monday with retail theft – taking merchandise by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Feb. 4 in Conewango Township.

W. WARREN COUNTY –

DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

Harassment. Carl R. Bane, 52, of Columbus, Pa., was charged with two counts of harassment March 11 by the State Police at Corry after an alleged incident March 10 and another on March 5, both in Columbus Township.

David W. Dickson, 78, of Youngsville was charged with indecent assault without consent of other March 10 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident on Aug. 28, 2025, in Pleasant Township.

Ignition interlock. Michael B. Toplovich, 29, of Tidioute, was charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock and a traffic charge March 9 after a traffic stop by the State Police at Corry on Feb. 27 in Columbus Township.
