False statement. Mark W. Lindsey, 41, of Russell was charged with third-degree felony materially false statement – purchase, delivery, transfer of a firearm and statement under penalty Feb. 13 by Conewango Township police after an alleged statement Nov. 1, 2025, in Conewango Township.

Retail theft. Jeffrey N. Brunecz, 42, of Sheffield was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise Feb. 12 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident April 12, 2025, in Conewango Township.
