Public drunkenness. Robert L. Bloom, 40, of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct Feb. 9 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Jan. 31 in Warren.

Harassment. Dale A. Schmader Jr., 55, of Sheffield was charged with harassment Feb. 7 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Feb. 1 in Sheffield Township.

Harassment. Allison E. Schmader, 22, of Sheffield was charged with harassment Feb. 7 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Feb. 1 in Sheffield Township.

Harassment. Levi Hoffman, 20, of Clarendon was charged with harassment Feb. 6 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Jan. 30 in Warren.

Harassment. Aimee S. Miller, 59, of Coudersport was charged with harassment Feb. 5 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Jan. 30 in Warren.

Obstructing administration of law. Joseph M. Kavinski, 74, of Warren was charged with obstructing administration of law/other government function, resisting arrest and defiant trespass Feb. 10 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Feb. 9 in Warren.

Bad checks. Eli D. Wengerd, 40, of Huntsburgh, Ohio, was charged Feb. 9 with three counts of writing bad checks by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident on Aug. 27, 2025.

Harassment. Destiny S. Nelson, 23, of Russell was charged with harassment Feb. 9 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Feb. 3 in Pine Grove Township.
