Drug possession. Duane R. Wagner Jr., 44, of Warren was charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and distribution of a small amount of marijuana not for sale Jan. 16 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Dec. 3 in Mead Township.

Retail theft. Donald R. Kendricks, 59, of Warren was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise Jan. 20 by Conewango Township police officers after an alleged incident Dec. 13 in Conewango Township.
