Harassment. James D. Turner of Warren was charged with harassment by Warren city police officers Jan. 9 after an alleged incident Dec. 12 in Warren.

Failure to verify address. Robert G. Phelps, 34, of Warren was charged with second-degree felony failure to verify address/be photographed Jan. 7 by Warren city police officers. Bail was set at $75,000 cash and Phelps was taken to the Warren County Jail.

Disorderly conduct. David R. Smithers, 42, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise Jan. 6 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Nov. 7 in Warren.

DUI. Edwin J. Johnson, 20, of Warren was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, driving under the influence of alcohol, purchase of alcohol by a minor and six vehicle and traffic violations Jan. 6 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Dec. 14 in Warren.

Public drunkenness. Victoria Cawthon,of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct Jan. 7 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Nov. 29 in Warren.
