Retail theft. Amber L. Conrad, 41, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with third-degree felony retail theft – taking merchandise and receiving stolen property Dec. 31 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Oct. 17 in Warren.

Drug possession. Richard S. Britton, 61, of Youngsville was charged with felony manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or distribute, third-degree felony criminal use of a communication facility, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use or possession of drug paraphernalia Dec. 30 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident July 21 in Warren.

Disorderly conduct. Brittany L. Chemlovski, 34, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct Dec. 23 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Dec. 4 in Warren.

Retail theft. Michael A. Brown, 35, of Warren was charged with conspiracy – retail theft – taking merchandise and retail theft – taking merchandise Jan. 2 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Aug. 17 in Conewango Township.

Retail theft. Sara B. Brown, 31, of Warren was charged with third-degree felony retail theft – taking merchandise and misdemeanor conspiracy – retail theft – taking merchandise Jan. 2 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Aug. 19 in Conewango Township.

Harassment. Nevin P. Miller, 59, of Warren was charged with harassment Dec. 22 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Nov. 16 in Conewango Township.

Assault. Brandon M. Kramrich, 44, of Russell was charged with simple assault and harassment Dec. 31 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Dec. 30 in Pine Grove Township. Kramrich was taken to the Warren County Jail on $25,000 bail.

Retail theft. Tammy Phanco of Russell was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise Dec. 30 by Conewango Township police officers after an alleged incident Sept. 20 in Conewango Township.

Harassment. Abby M. Rowe, 26, of Warren was charged with harassment Dec. 19 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Dec. 9 in Conewango Township.

Game Commission violation. MIsty McLachlan, 39, of Pittsfield was cited for using a dog to hunt big game Jan. 4 by state game wardens after an alleged violation in Freehold Township on Jan. 3.

Harassment. Dalaun E. Carroll, 36, of Tidioute was charged with harassment Dec. 31 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Dec. 25 in Tidioute.

Harassment. Danielle N. Lewis, 28, of Tidioute was charged with harassment Dec. 31 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Dec. 24 in Tidioute.

Game Commission violation. Dustin Franz, 29, of Oil City, Pa., was cited with unlawful taking or possession of game or wildlife Dec. 30 by state game wardens after an alleged violation on Nov. 29.

Game Commission violation. Matthew J. Macomber, 24, Grand Valley, Pa., was cited for unlawful acts concerning licenses and trespassing on private property while hunting Dec. 29 by state game wardens after an alleged violation Nov. 29 in Eldred Township.

Game Commission violation. Adam L. Rosenburgh, 26, of Grand Valley, Pa., was cited for trespassing on private property while hunting and unlawful taking or possession of game or wildlife Dec. 29 by state game wardens after an alleged violation Nov. 29 in Eldred Township.

Game Commission violation. Richard K. Vanord, 65, of Tidioute was cited for trespassing on posted land Dec. 26 by state game wardens after an alleged violation Dec. 12 in Watson Township.

Harassment. Michelle L. Vancise, 50, of Corry was charged with harassment Jan. 5 by the State Police at Corry after an alleged incident Dec. 30 in Columbus Township.

Game Commission violation. Adam J. Byler, 29, of Spartansburg, Pa., was cited with refusal or failure to produce identification to landowner or officer while hunting/furtaking Dec. 18 by state game wardens after an alleged incident Nov. 29 in Eldred Township.

Game Commission violation. Steven J. Farrell, 56, of Cleveland was cited for shooting at a target other than legal game with a firearm or bow and arrow in big game season Dec. 18 by state game wardens after an alleged incident Nov. 22 in Spring Creek Township.

Game Commission violation. Francis J. Paladino, 77, of New Castle, Pa., was cited for a violation as well as unlawful acts concerning licenses Dec. 18 in Deerfield Township after an incident Nov. 22.

LOWER COURT DISPOSITIONS

Eric A. Pheiff, 48, of Clarion, Pa., pleaded guilty to a charge of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered while a charge of felony manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver was withdrawn. Pheiff was sentenced to pay $162.25 in fines

Cinnamon A.M. Wheeler, 33, of Oil City, Pa., pleaded guilty to a charge of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and adulteration or misbranding of a controlled substance while charges of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, four counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana – small amount, personal use were withdrawn. Wheeler was sentenced to a $500 fine.
