DUI. Brandon E. Fogle, 40, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substances and two traffic citations Dec. 10 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Nov. 5 in Conewango Township.

Criminal mischief. Abby M. Rowe, 26, of Warren was charged with criminal mischief and harassment Dec. 10 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Dec. 1 in Conewango Township. She was charged on a second docket Dec. 10 by the State Police at Warren with harassment after an alleged Dec. 1 incident, also in Conewango Township.

Harassment. Debra M. Schmitt, 65, of Russell was charged with harassment Dec. 5 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Nov. 29 in Pine Grove Township.

Harassment. Taylor K. Means, 33, of Warren was charged with harassment by the State Police at Warren Dec. 5 after an alleged incident Nov. 29 in Pine Grove Township.

Harassment. Brandon M. Kramrich, 44, of Russell was charged with harassment Dec. 8 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Dec. 1 in Pine Grove Township.

W. Warren County – District Judge Todd Woodin

Harassment. Michael S. Siple II, 41, of Warren was charged with harassment Dec. 11 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Dec. 5 in Triumph Township.

Jeremy J. Rose, 36, of Spartansburg, Pa., was charged with second-degree felony strangulation – applying pressure to throat or neck, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and harassment by the State Police at Warren Dec. 8 after an alleged incident Dec. 8 in Eldred Township.

Harassment. Adam J. Chambers, 38, of Ripley, N.Y., was charged with harassment Dec. 9 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Dec. 3 in Brokenstraw Township.

Game Commission violation. Nathan J. Wade, 22, of Erie, Pa., was cited for failure to tag big game properly Dec. 7 by state game wardens after an alleged violation Dec. 7 in Pittsfield Township.

Retail theft. Devin D. Hendrickson, 34, of Pittsfield was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise Nov. 28 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Nov. 17 in Pittsfield Township.

Cases Disposed OF In Lower Court

Harassment. Carol L. Spitale, 38, of Depew, N.Y., pleaded guilty to harassment in front of Magisterial District Judge Laura Bauer. She was fined $300.

Disorderly conduct. Trisha Strait, 35, of Warren pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct while a charge of resisting arrest was withdrawn. Strait was sentenced by Magisterial District Judge Laura Bauer to pay a $300 fine.
