Cruelty to animals. Lakia A. Mormon, 44, was charged with cruelty to animals Dec. 2 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Nov. 9 in Warren.
Furnishing drug-free urine. Autumn Rudolph, 45, of Sheffield was charged with furnishing drug-free urine – use or attempt Dec. 2 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Nov. 4 in Warren.
Aggravated assault. Kristofer L. Roberts, 31, of Clarendon was charged with two counts of first-degree felony aggravated assault – attempts to cause or causes serious bodily injury to designated individuals and two counts of simple assault Dec. 2 by Warren police officers after an alleged incident Dec. 2 in Warren.
Alcohol violation. James K. Young, 46, of Russell was charged with restrictions on alcoholic beverages Nov. 26 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Nov. 8 in Warren.
Disorderly conduct. Holly E. Antal, 38, of Warren was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise, obstructing administration of law/other government function, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, harassment – subjecting other to physical contact and public drunkenness and similar misconduct Nov. 22 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Nov. 21 in Warren.

Disorderly conduct. Dawna M. Kataya, 50, of Clearwater, Fla., was charged with disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense Dec. 2 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Nov. 26 in Conewango. She was also charged with public drunkenness on a second docket.
Retail theft. Alexis Christensen, 23, of Warren was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise Dec. 1 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Nov. 22 in Conewango Township.
Harassment. Steven M. Shetler, 22, of Warren was charged with harassment – subjecting other to physical contact Nov. 28 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Nov. 20 in Conewango Township. He was charged on a second docket with harassment – subjecting other to physical contact on Nov. 28 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Nov. 19 in Conewango Township.
Harassment. Leslie A. Bamburoski, 31, of Lakewood, N.Y., was charged with harassment – subjecting another to physical contact Nov. 21 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Nov. 14 in Sugar Grove Borough.

False Reports. On Nov. 18, Dante Shaqille Barber, 31, of Pittsburgh, Pa., was charged with following another vehicle closer than a reasonable distance, failure to carry or show identification, and making false reports to police officers after causing an accident at the intersection of Route 27 and Route 6 in Warren. The complaint states that Barber allegedly hit the victim’s vehicle and failed to stop or remain at the scene of the accident.
Game Commission violation. Jeffrey J. Eisenbraun, 52, of New Springfield, Ohio, was cited for failure to attach tag to big game Nov. 29 by state game wardens after an alleged violation in Deerfield Township.
Game Commission violation. Wyatt E. Boyce, 21, of Richford, Vt., was cited for use or occupy a tree stand or platform causing damage to trees and control of property Nov. 25 by state game wardens after an alleged violation Nov. 6 in Deerfield Township.
Game Commission violation. Rick L. Eller, 62, was cited for use or occupy a tree stand or platform causing damage to trees and hunting or taking game or wildlife with bait or enticement Nov. 25 by state game wardens after an alleged violation Oct. 4 in Limestone Township.
