Drug possession. Tonya M. Frantz, 40, of Warren was charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic citation Nov. 13 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Oct. 20 in Warren.

DUI. Gabriel E. Oneil, 24, of Warren was charged with three counts of DUI alcohol/controlled substances and seven traffic citations Nov. 13 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Oct. 20 in Warren.

DUI. Kevin M. Hale, 55, of Sheffield was charged with DUI/BAC .16% or greater, DUI/unsafe driving and two traffic citations Nov. 13 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Feb. 2 in Sheffield Township.

Cruelty to animals. Chet A. Anthony, 23, of Warren was charged with cruelty to animals and neglect of animals – vet care Nov. 3 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Sept. 16 in Warren.

Theft. Travis Suckow, 50, of Clarendon was charged with third-degree felony accessing a device issued to another who did not authorize use and misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking – movable property Nov. 3 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Sept. 4 in Warren.

Retail theft. Brent T. Grubbs, 20, of Warren was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise Nov. 10 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Sept. 23 in Warren.

Theft of mail. Leslee I. Reinard, 22, of Clarendon was charged with four counts of theft of mail – unlawful taking on four separate dockets on Nov. 5 by the State Police at Warren after alleged incidents Sept. 22 in Mead Township.

Harassment. Drake F. Niemetz, 18, of Warren was charged with harassment Nov. 4 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Nov. 2 in Conewango.

Harassment. Hailey Graham of Warren was charged with harassment Nov. 4 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Nov. 2 in Conewango.

Harassment. Benny A. Graham, 43, of Warren was charged with harassment Nov. 4 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Nov. 2 in Conewango.

DUI. Peggy Loosz, 58, of Grand Valley was charged with DUI/BAC .16% or greater and a traffic citation Nov. 12 by the State Police at Franklin after a traffic stop Aug. 10 in Southwest Township.

Game Commission violation. Aaron S. Steward, 37, of Cherry Creek, N.Y., was cited for control of property Nov. 10 by state game wardens after an alleged violation Nov. 8 in Brokenstraw Township.

DUI. Courtney R. Gurdak, 35, of Corry was charged with DUI/BAC .16% and greater, DUI/unsafe driving and a traffic citation Nov. 10 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Oct. 17 in Columbus Township.
