False reports. Kristan K. Hinson, 36, Warren was charged with false reports – reported offense did not occur Oct. 31 by Warren city police officers after an alleged false report on Oct. 10 in Warren.

Trespassing. Robert Urbanski, 73, of Warren was charged with defiant trespass and harassment Oct. 28 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Oct. 11 in Warren.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

Assault. Tammy S. Wester, 60, of Clarendon was charged with simple assault and harassment Nov. 3 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Oct. 23 in Clarendon Borough.

Harassment. Diane M. Keeney, 61, of Russell was charged with harassment Oct. 23 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Oct. 17 in Elk Township.

Harassment. Amber L. L. Cornell, 34, of Warren was charged with harassment Nov. 1 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Oct. 26 in Sugar Grove Township.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

DUI. Christy L. Madigan, 54, of Pittsfield, Pa., was charged with DUI/BAC .16% and greater, DUI alcohol/controlled substances, DUI/unsafe driving and endangering the welfare of children as well as two traffic citations on Nov. 3 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Jan. 11 in Brokenstraw Township.
