DUI. Manuel Vasquez-Cerroblanco, 44, of Warren was charged with DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense, DUI: general impairment (BAC .08-.10%) – first offense and two traffic violations Oct. 12 by Warren city police officers after a traffic stop Oct. 12 in Warren. Bail was set at $10,000 and Vasquez-Cerroblanco was taken to the Warren County Prison until he could post bail.

N. WARREN COUNTY –

DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

DUI. Michael A. Yanik, 58, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with DUI/unsafe driving and four traffic citations Oct. 15 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Sept. 28 in Sugar Grove Township.

Game Commission violation. Robert H. Emery, 62, of Warren was cited for two Game Commission violations – regulations, general rule and hunting or taking game or wildlife with bait or enticement Oct. 10 by state game wardens on two separate dockets after an alleged incident Oct. 4 in Pine Grove Township.

Game Commission violation. Greg J. Knopick, 54, of Warren was cited by game wardens Oct. 11 with two counts of casing rays of light on wildlife while possessing a firearm, bow and arrow or other implement after an alleged incident in Pine Grove Township.

DUI. Wallace E. Lauffenburger, 62, of Sheffield, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substances and seven traffic violations Oct. 14 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Aug. 16 in Mead Township.

DUI. Hector M. Cruz III, 20, of Warren was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .08-.10%, driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substances and six traffic violations Oct. 14 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Sept. 27 in Glade Township.

DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

Harassment. Nicholas A. Rogers, 26, of Bear Lake, Pa., was charged with harassment Oct. 14 by the State Police at Corry after an alleged incident Oct. 13 in Bear Lake Borough.

DUI. Caden T. Bevan, 18, of Grove City, Pa., was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .16% and greater, driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance and six traffic citations Oct. 14 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Aug. 16 in Limestone Township.
