Trespassing. Leslee I. Reinard, 31, of Clarendon was charged with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct Oct. 8 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Sept. 20 in Mead Township. She was charged on a second docket Oct. 9 by the Warren City Police Department with defiant trespass after an alleged incident Sept. 22 in Warren.

Bailey M. Winslow, 27, of Warren was charged with harassment Oct. 8 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Aug. 3 in Mead Township.

Drug possession. Douglas S. Fain, 46, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with felony manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, third-degree felony criminal use of a communication facility and intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered Oct. 8 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Sept. 9 in Conewango Township.

Retail theft. K.C. Jones Muzzy, 32, of Russell was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise Oct. 6 by Conewango Township police officers after an alleged incident Oct. 2 in Conewango Township.

Harassment. Megan E. Davis, 18, of Warren was charged with three counts of harassment on three dockets Oct. 4 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Sept. 27 in Conewango Township.

DUI. Hunter E. Greeley, 25, of Tidioute was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .08-.10% and three traffic citations Oct. 7 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Sept. 11 in Tidioute.

Harassment. Adriana K. Rutsky, 19, of Sugar Grove was charged with harassment Oct. 7 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Aug. 30 in Youngsville.
