Disorderly conduct. Christian S. Iverson Jr., 44, of Youngsville was charged with disorderly conduct – engaged in fighting and harassment Sept. 5 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Aug. 5 in Warren.

Defiant trespass. Gabriel J. Rowles, 40, of Warren was charged with defiant trespass Sept. 4 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Aug. 28 in Warren.

DUI. Joshua Stilwell, 43, of Warren was charged with DUI: controlled substance – impaired ability – first offense; DUI: controlled substance – Schedule 1 – first offense; DUI: controlled substance – Schedule 2 or 3 – first offense and a traffic citation Sept. 4 by Warren city police officers after a traffic stop Aug. 12.

Hindering prosecution. Suzie Dahlgren, 45, of Warren was charged with hindering apprehension/prosecution – harbor or conceal Sept. 4 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Aug. 28 in Warren.

Unlicensed business. John R. Pape of Clarendon was cited for doing business without a license Sept. 4 by the Bureau of Enforcement and Taxpayer Assistance in Cherry Grove Township.

Terroristic threats. Jared H. Rex, 18, of Warren was charged Sept. 5 with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and terroristic threats cause serious public inconvenience by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Sept. 3 in Warren.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

Assault. Terri Rosequist, 61, of Grand Valley, Pa., was charged Sept. 8 with second-degree felony strangulation, simple assault, criminal mischief – damaging property and harassment by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Sept. 7 in Eldred Township.

Harassment. Shawn M. Stec, 48, of Warren was charged with three counts of harassment – communicating lews, threatening etc. language Sept. 5 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Aug. 16 in Glade Township.

Harassment. Jessica M. Elf, 36, of Warren was charged with harassment Sept. 4 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Aug. 26 in Conewango Township.

DUI. Rachel S. Bines, 33, of Warren was charged with DUI: controlled substance – combination alcohol/drugs – first offense, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic citation Sept. 4 by Conewango Township police after a traffic stop Aug. 10 in Conewango.

Assault. Alyana M. Sotomayor, 25, of Sugar Grove was charged with simple assault and harassment Sept. 7 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Sept. 7 in Sugar Grove Township. Bail was set at $2,500 and Sotomayor was taken to the county jail until she could post bail.
