— Pennsylvania State Police at Warren responded to 84 Third Mill St., for a dispute involving multiple individuals in the road at 12:19 p.m. Saturday. Upon arrival, Troopers observed a verbal altercation among several people. The crowd would disperse. It was reported by multiple bystanders Melissa Nelson, 42, of Sheffield made an obscene gesture during the dispute. Nothing physical was reported between individuals involved. She was cited for disorderly conduct.

— A 69-year-old resident notified troopers that a mailbox was damaged by an unknown blunt object between July 18 and 23. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, please contact PSP Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers. An investigation is pending.
