Game Commission violation. Cheryl K. Beardsley, 81, of Corry was cited for a game commission violation July 31 by game wardens after an alleged violation July 8 in Spring Creek Township.

Game Commission violation. James G. Mueller, 54, of Monongahela, Pa., was cited for a control of property violation Aug. 3 by state game wardens after an alleged violation Aug. 2 in Brokenstraw Township.

DUI. David A. Carlson, 58, of Warren was charged with DUI/BAC .16% and greater, DUI/unsafe driving and two traffic citations Aug. 3 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop July 10 in Brokenstraw Township.
