Intimidating witness. Michael Cobb, 51, of Warren was charged with intimidating a witness or victim/misleading testimony July 30 by Warren police officers after an alleged incident July 22 in Warren.
DUI. Steven H. Tucker, 56, of Warren was charged with DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16% or higher) – first offense and two traffic citations July 29 by Warren police officers after a traffic stop July 13 in Warren.
DUI. Rifaat R. Bassaly, 43, of Cranberry Township was charged with DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense, DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10%-.16%) – first offense and two traffic citations July 25 by Warren police officers after a traffic stop July 8.
Contempt charge. Zachary C. Ransom of Warren was charged with 27 counts of contempt for violation of order or agreement July 25 by Warren city police. Bail was set at $25,000.

DUI. Kendra J. Lockwood, 45, of Clarendon was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substances and two traffic citations by the State Police at Warren on July 30 after a traffic stop June 15.
Improper documentation. Chad D. Nudd, 54, of Sheffield was charged with possession/sale/use of display documents, marijuana – small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and three traffic citations July 29 by Conewango Township police officers after a traffic stop July 27 in Conewango Township.
Public drunkenness. Charles H. Mobilia, 38, was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct July 25 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident July 23 in Conewango.
Terroristic threats. Justin T. Wood, 43, of Clarendon was charged with two counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another July 28 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident July 27 in Clarendon Borough.
Harassment. Shania R. Hoffner, 27, of Warren was charged with harassment July 29 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident July 22 in Conewango Township.
Strangulation. Lillian J. Jones, 22, of Tiona, Pa., was charged with second-degree felony strangulation – blocking the nose and mouth of a person, simple assault and harassment July 29 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident July 29 in Mead Township.
