Disorderly conduct. Nathan W. Stahlman, 18, of Warren was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct July 24 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident July 14 in the city of Warren.
Resisting arrest. Paul Ploss, 43, of Warren was charged with resisting arrest/other law enforcement, obstructing administration of law/other government function and flight to avoid apprehension/trial/punishment July 24 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident April 12 in Warren.
Retaliation against witness. Daniel R. Repine, 54, of Clarendon was charged with retaliation against a witness or victim July 22 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident June 6 in Warren.
Defiant trespass. Lora A. Reynolds, 59, of Warren was charged with defiant trespass fenced/enclosed July 22 by Warren police after an alleged incident June 30 in Warren.
Underage alcohol. Thomas Murray of Coudersport, Pa., was charged with purchase etc. of an alcoholic beverage by a minor July 22 by Warren city police after an alleged incident July 6.
Disorderly conduct. Douglas L. Haight, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise July 22 by Warren city police after an alleged incident July 4.
Public drunkenness. Alexis L. Nortblum, 23, of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct July 22 by Warren city police after an alleged incident July 14 in Warren.
N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER
Randy L. Snyder, 37, of Warren was charged with simple assault and harassment July 23 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident July 22 in Conewango Township. Bauer was arraigned, with bail set at $20,000 cash. Snyder was taken to the Warren County Prison after being unable to post bail.

Criminal mischief. Julie A. Rittenhouse, 52, of Warren was charged with criminal mischief July 22 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident July 18 in Pleasant Township.
