Harassment. Nathan J. Houser, 23, of Celoron, N.Y., was charged with harassment July 14 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident July 7 in Sheffield Township.

Disorderly Conduct. Ashley E. Vanord, 35, of Irvine was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness July 12 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident July 12 in Warren.

Harassment. Tyler E. Howard, 23, of Sheffield was charged with harassment July 10 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident July 4 in Sheffield Township.

DUI. Chasity Rutsky, 40, of Warren was charged with DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16%) – first offense and DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense and two traffic citations July 7 by Warren city police officers after a traffic stop June 14 in Warren.
