Animal citation. Dien Viet Le, 39, of Warren was cited for animal confined within premises of owner June 19 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident May 27 in Warren.

Public drunkenness. Joseph R. Kuzminski, 38, of Bradford, Pa., was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct and disorderly conduct June 19 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident June 6 in Warren.

Harassment. Christine Schroll, 31, of Warren was charged with harassment June 19 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident June 5 in Warren.

Disorderly conduct. Trevor Peterson, 20, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct – engaged in fighting June 17 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident May 25 in Warren.

Disorderly conduct. Dylan M. Delafuente-Chavez, 22, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct – engaged in fighting June 17 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident May 25 in Warren.

Disorderly conduct. John C. Irvine, 53, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct June 17 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident June 8 in Warren.

Disorderly conduct. Shalini N. Camillus, 44, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct – engaged in fighting and criminal mischief – damaging property June 17 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident May 26 in Warren.

Disorderly conduct. Lacy G. Abraham, 38, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise June 18 by Warren city police after an alleged incident June 6 in Warren.

DUI. Lissa M. Consbruck, 36, of Clarendon was charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16 or above) – third offense, DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – third offense and four traffic citations June 18 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop June 12 in Conewango Township.

Drug possession. Rhiannon L. Sheldon, 43, of Warren was charged by Conewango Township police on June 18 with felony manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, third-degree felony criminal use of a communication facility, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use or possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident May 1 in Conewango Township.

Flight to avoid apprehension. John R. Holmes, 51, of Bear Lake, Pa., was charged with flight to avoid apprehension/trial/punishment and possession of a firearm prohibited June 13 by the State Police at Corry after an incident June 13 in Bear Lake Borough.

W. Warren County – District

Assault. Jacob D. Matteson, 41, of Youngsville was charged with simple assault and harassment by Youngsville police officers June 19 after an alleged incident June 13 in Youngsville. Matteson was preliminarily arraigned, with bail set at $10,000. Matteson couldn’t post bail and was taken to the Warren County Prison.

DUI. Mary A. Denny, 67, of Warren was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .16% and greater and two traffic citations June 16 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop April 5 in Pleasant Township.
