C. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE RAYMOND ZYDONIK

DUI. James F. Holding, 44, of Warren was charged with DUI: controlled substance – impaired ability – first offense and four traffic citations June 11 by Warren city police officers after an incident June 11 in Warren. Bail was set at $5,000 and Holding was taken to the Warren County Prison.

Public drunkenness. Tyler G. Oudinot, 27, of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct June 12 by Warren city police officers following an alleged incident May 17 in Warren.

Marijuana possession. Brian M. Sheldon, 48, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with marijuana possession – small amount, personal use June 12 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident May 23 in Warren.

Hindering apprehension. James Ward, 45, of Warren was charged with hindering apprehension/prosecution – harbor or conceal June 12 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident May 23 in Warren.

Drug sales. Rhiannon Sheldon, 43, of Clarendon was charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver June 12 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident May 23 in Warren.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

Vandalism. Jason D. Dziubinski, 25, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with institutional vandalism of an educational facility, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, obstruction administration of law/other government function, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness June 10 by Conewango Township Police after an alleged incident June 8 in Conewango Township.

Marijuana possession. Cody W. Minnick, 39, of Corry was charged with marijuana possession – small amount, personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia as well as three traffic citations June 12 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Feb. 22 in Conewango Township.

Unauthorized use of vehicle. Lissa M. Consbruck, 36, of Clarendon was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle/other vehicles and a traffic citation June 12 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop April 12 in Mead Township.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

Retail theft. Anthony L. Slaughter Jr., 29, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise, false identification to law enforcement officer and a traffic citation June 13 by Conewango Township police after an incident June 12 in Conewango Township. Bail was set at $10,000, and Slaughter was taken to the Warren County Prison.
