DUI. Mario L. Sapanero, 45, of Sugar Grove was charged with DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16% or more) – first offense and three traffic citations June 2 by Warren city police officers after a traffic stop on May 1 in Warren.
DUI. Wendi Warren, 40, of Warren was charged with DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10%-.16%) – first offense and DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense and three traffic citations by Warren city police officers after a traffic stop May 18 in Warren.
Accident. Aaron R. Benson, 49, of Warren was charged with accident involving damage attended vehicle property and four traffic citations June 3 by Warren city police officers after an incident May 19 in Warren.
Marijuana possession. Allen C. McNeill, 62, of Falconer, N.Y., was charged with possession of marijuana June 3 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident May 16 in Warren.
Disorderly conduct. Trevor Watson, 37, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise June 5 by Warren city police officers after an incident May 25 in Warren.

Harassment. Jay W. Christensen, 65, of Clarendon was charged with harassment on June 6 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident on May 30 in Clarendon.
Aggravated assault. Matthew D. Johnson, 35, of Warren was charged with aggravated assault and harassment June 4 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident April 23 in Conewango Township.

Public drunkenness. Michele L. Kent, 56, of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct June 3 by Youngsville police officers after an alleged incident May 9 in Youngsville.
Harassment. Cassandra A. Hayes, 23, of Corry was charged with harassment June 3 by the State Police at Corry after an alleged incident May 26 in Columbus Township.
Harassment. Alexis F. Gordon, 25, of Corry was charged with two counts of harassment June 3 by the State Police at Corry after an alleged incident May 26 in Columbus Township.
Unlawful restraint. Blake E. Cassell, 20, of Warren was charged with unlawful restraint/serious bodily injury, simple assault and harassment June 2 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident June 1 in Limestone Township. Bail was set at $10,000 by Magisterial District Judge Todd Woodin and posted.
