Criminal mischief. Jacob A. Mohney, 42, of Warren was charged with criminal mischief – damaging property and harassment – subjecting another to physical contact on Friday by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Friday in Conewango Township.

Sibits, 21, of Warren was cited for trespassing on private property while hunting posted or fenced, shooting on or across highways and unlawful taking or possession of game or wildlife on Friday by state game wardens after an alleged violation on May 15 in Limestone Township.
