DUI. Victoria J. Maines, 31, of Linesville, Pa., was charged with DUI: controlled substance or metabolite – first offense, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, marijuana possession – small amount personal use, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic citations May 23 by Conewango Township police after a traffic stop May 23 in Conewango Township.

Nelson, 46, of Sheffield was charged with third-degree criminal attempted theft by unlawful taking – movable property, trespass by motor vehicle – private road/driveway and seven vehicle and traffic citations May 28 by the State Police at Warren after an incident that allegedly took place May 6 in Conewango Township.
