Drug possession. Jessica L. Monstrom, 41, of Johnsonburg, Pa., was charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana – small amount personal use and a traffic citation May 13 by Warren city police officers following a traffic stop on April 16 in Warren.

Harassment. John G. Eck, 37, of Warren was charged with harassment May 13 by Warren city police officers following an alleged incident May 7 in the city of Warren.

DUI. Dawn Beltz, 46, of Sheffield was charged with DUI: controlled substance – combination alcohol/drugs – first offense, DUI: controlled substance – Schedule 1 – first offense; DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense, DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16%) – first offense, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic citation May 13 by Warren city police officers following a traffic stop May 12 in the city.

Retail theft. Jeffrey Brunecz, 51, of Sheffield was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise May 13 by Warren city police officers after an incident March 22 in Warren.

Traffic accident. Allison J. Donato, 20, of Warren was charged with accident involving property damage attended vehicle/property and two traffic citations may 13 by Warren city police officers after an accident April 23 in the city of Warren.

Disorderly conduct. Brent Fuller, 31, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct – engage in fighting May 12 by Warren city police officers after an incident April 16 in the city.

Assault. Savonnah R. Collins, 18, was charged with simple assault and harassment May 12 by Warren city police officers after an incident May 3 in the city of Warren.

Drug possession. Zoe N. Lawson, 18, of Warren was charged with possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and defiant trespass posted May 12 by Warren city police officers after an incident April 18 in the city.
