Unreasonable Noise. Seth Clark, 33, of Warren was cited for disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise by Warren city police officers May 12 after an alleged April 12 incident in Warren.
Game Commission violation. Bryan T. Petsch, 19, of Erie, Pa., was cited for a control of property violation May 9 by state game wardens after an alleged violation April 1 in Cherry Grove Township.

Harassment. Melia L. Richardson, 64, of Titusville was charged with harassment May 8 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 2 in Southwest Township.
Harassment. Holly R. Kinnear, 42, of Titusville was charged with harassment May 8 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 2 in Southwest Township.
