Harassment. John N. Yoho, 52, of Tidioute was charged with harassment May 7 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 7 in the city of Warren.

Unreasonable Noise. Seth Clark, 33, of Warren was cited for disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise by Warren city police officers May 12 after an alleged April 12 incident in Warren.

Game Commission violation. Bryan T. Petsch, 19, of Erie, Pa., was cited for a control of property violation May 9 by state game wardens after an alleged violation April 1 in Cherry Grove Township.

Harassment. Lissa M. Consbruck, 36, of Clarendon was charged with harassment by the State Police at Warren on May 11 after an alleged incident May 5 in Mead Township.

Aggravated assault. Matthew D. Johnson, 35, of Warren was charged with second-degree felony aggravated assault, third-degree felony aggravated harassment by prisoner and disorderly conduct May 12 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 11.

DUI. Colton T. Garris, 21, of Youngsville was charged with DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16%) – first offense; DUI: general impairment incapable of driving safely – first offense and two traffic citations by Conewango Township Police after a traffic stop May 10 in Conewango Township.

DUI. Laura A. Wilson, 34, of Youngsville was charged DUI/unsafe driving and four traffic citations May 9 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Feb. 19 in Brokenstraw Township.

Harassment. Melia L. Richardson, 64, of Titusville was charged with harassment May 8 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 2 in Southwest Township.

Harassment. Holly R. Kinnear, 42, of Titusville was charged with harassment May 8 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 2 in Southwest Township.

Retail theft. Wayne J. Miles, 56, of Warren was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise May 9 by Youngsville police officers after an alleged incident April 11 in Youngsville.
