DUI. Casey S. Hanlin, 53, of Corry was charged with third-degree felony endangering the welfare of children – parent/guardian/other commits offense, DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16%) – second offense, DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense and a traffic offense April 29 by Warren city police officers after a traffic stop April 8 in the city of Warren.

Drug possession. Rodney T. Thomas, 35, of Youngsville was charged April 28 by Warren city police officers with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana after an alleged incident Feb. 23 in the city of Warren.

Defiant trespass. Paige A. Grekulak, 32, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with defiant trespass on April 28 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident April 20 in Conewango Township.

Defiant Trespass. Joseph E. Danson, 35, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with defiant trespass on April 28 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident April 20 in Conewango Township.

DUI. Samantha E. Schmader, 26, of Russell was charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol (.16% BAC or higher) – first offense; DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense; marijuana – small amount personal use, three counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic citation April 28 by Conewango Township Police after a traffic stop April 27 in Conewango Township.

DUI: Roy N. Sutter, 83, of Olean, N.Y., was charged with DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense and two traffic citations April 28 by Conewango Township police after a traffic stop April 26 in Conewango Township.

Theft Jeffrey S. Loomis, 72, of Warren was charged with accessing a device issued to another who did not authorize use and two counts of theft by unlawful taking – movable property on April 28 by Conewango Township Police after an alleged incident Feb. 20 in Conewango Township.
