Public drunkenness. Tyler A. Williams, 38, of Warren was cited for public drunkenness Feb. 10 by Warren city police officers for an incident that took place Feb. 9 in Warren.

Public drunkenness. Teresa Earle, 51, of Corry was cited for public drunkenness by Warren city police officers on Dec. 24 for an incident that allegedly took place Dec. 24. in Warren.

DUI. Dustin D. Roe, 34, of Ludlow, Pa., was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .16% and greater, careless driving and vehicle and traffic violations Feb. 11 by State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Dec. 31 in Sheffield Township.

Aggravated assault. Ashley Good, 32, of Warren was charged with three counts of second-degree aggravated assault – attempts to cause or causes bodily injury to designated individuals, three counts of simple assault, three counts of harassment, resisting arrest and criminal mischief Feb. 10 by Warren city police officers for an incident that allegedly took place Feb. 7 in Warren.

Retail theft. Darren M. Thompson, 38, of Warren was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise Feb. 13 by Conewango Township police after an incident that allegedly took place Feb. 7 in Conewango Township.

Retail theft. Lacy G. Abraham, 38, of Warren was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise Feb. 13 by Conewango Township police for an incident that allegedly took place Feb. 7 in Conewango Township.

Drug possession. Lacy G. Abraham, 38, of Warren was charged Feb. 14 with use/possession of drug paraphernalia by Conewango Township police for an incident that allegedly took place Feb. 13 in Conewango Township.

Dog law violation. Jill L. Zimmerman, 42, of Russell was cited by the state Bureau of Dog Law Region 1 with confined within premises of owner Feb. 10 for a violation that allegedly occurred Feb. 5 in Pine Grove Township.

Neglect of animals. Joshua L. Prather, 65, of Titusville, Pa., was cited for nine counts of neglect of animals – shelter/protection, Feb. 10 by the State Police at Warren for violations allegedly dated Nov. 14, 2024, in Eldred Township.

DUI. Michael J. Enos, 66, of Pleasantville, Pa., was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .10 to .16%, driving at safe speed and three vehicle and traffic infractions Feb. 11 by the State Police at Warren in Southwest Township.
