Speeding. Thomas B. Johnson, 55, of Enon Valley, Pa., was charged with speeding Nov. 25 by the State Police at Warren in Sheffield Township.

Speeding. Scott R. Burns, 61, of Winchester, Va., was charged with speeding and a restraint system violation Nov. 25 by the State Police at Warren in Sheffield Township.

Unlicensed operator. Kristy L. McGowan, 54, of Youngsville was charged Nov. 25 by the State Police at Warren with drivers required to be licensed, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, a restraint system violation and unauthorized transfer or use of registration after a traffic stop in the city of Warren.

Speeding. Mark E. Schreiber, 59, of Coraopolis, Pa., was charged with speeding Nov. 24 by the State Police at Warren in the city of Warren.

DUI. Elijah T. Cummings, 23, of Warren was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .10-.16%, three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substances, expired registration and careless driving Oct. 20 by State Police at Warren in the city of Warren.

Retail theft. John T. Jarjabka Jr., 35, of Youngsville was charged with retail theft. Charges were filed Nov. 26 by Conewango Township Police for an incident in Conewango Township that allegedly took place Feb. 15.

Traffic violations. Jacob M. Davis, 47, of Columbus, Pa., was charged with operation of a vehicle without official certificate of inspection and speeding Nov. 25 by the State Police at Warren in Mead Township.

DUI. Jordan A. Mead, 32, of Youngsville was charged Nov. 20 by State Police at Lewis Run with DUI/BAC .16%-.16%, DUI/unsafe driving, marijuana – small amount personal use, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, obedience to traffic control devices, no rear lights, operating permitting operation with unsafe equipment, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and careless driving.

Disorderly Conduct. Jenna L. Dean of Jamestown was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness Sunday by Warren city police officers.

Suspended license. Robert J. Milhomme, 28, of Warren was charged Nov. 18 with driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked by Youngsville police officers in Youngsville Borough.

Animal violation. Darren L. Burt, 53, of Youngsville was cited for confined within premises of the owner on Nov. 22 by Youngsville police officers.

Disorderly conduct. David M. Robbins, 45, of Youngsville was charged Nov. 25 with disorderly conduct – engaged in fighting by Youngsville police officers.

Disorderly conduct. Joshua M. Frederoski, 38, of Clarendon was charged Nov. 9 with disorderly conduct – engaged in fighting by Youngsville police officers for an incident in the Borough of Youngsville.
