DUI. Richard E. Rodgers, 60, of Warren was charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC. .16% or higher) – first offense; DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense; and following too closely Nov. 10 by Warren City Police officers.

County – District Judge Laura Bauer

School attendance. Natalie Schroat of Warren was charged with violation of compulsory school attendance requirements Oct. 15 in Glade Township.

W. Warren

County – District Judge Todd Woodin

FFA violation. Matthew Mitchell of Corry was charged with an FFA violation at 11 a.m. Friday in Spring Creek Township by the State Police at Warren. A Spring Creek woman had a valid protection from abuse order against Mitchell, and he was allegedly located on the property of the protected person, charged and taken into police custody. He was taken to the Warren County Jail on $25,000 bail.

DUI. John E. Porr, 55, of Warren was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/blood-alcohol content .16% and greater, careless driving, operating vehicle without valid inspection, operating vehicle without required financial responsibility, failure to carry registration, failure to keep right and disregarding traffic lane on Sept. 28 by the State Police at Warren in Pine Grove Township.
