Terroristic threats. Brandy V. Burton, 38, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 8 with terroristic threats from an incident that occurred on Sept. 28 in the City of Warren.

Drug free urine. Erica Caldwell, 38, Mount Jewett, Pa., was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 4 with furnishing drug free urine from an incident that occurred on Sept. 27 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Curtis J. Cashmere, 61, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 2 with six counts of DUI and six traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Aug. 29 in Sheffield Twp.

Possession with intent. Jada L. Coursey, 34, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Oct. 4 with three counts of dealing in the proceeds of unlawful activities, four counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of criminal use of a communications facility, four counts of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Aug. 1 in the City of Warren.

Disorderly conduct. Laurie A. Morley, 63, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 4 with disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise from an incident that occurred on Sept. 13 in the City of Warren.

Theft. Christopher C. Nelson, 46, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 8 with theft of services and criminal mischief from an incident that occurred on Aug. 16 in Sheffield Twp.

Possession. Gabriel E. O’Neil, 33, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 8 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Sept. 17 in the City of Warren.

Terroristic threats. Dale A. Southwick, Corry, Pa., was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 8 with terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Sept. 12 in the City of Warren.

DUI. William S. Wilson, 70, Youngsville, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on Oct. 10 with DUI and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Oct. 10 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Larry J. Galvon, 43, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on Oct. 8 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Oct. 5 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. David Gonzalez, 31, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Oct. 7 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Oct. 3 in Conewango Twp.

Assault. Adam J. Mintzer, 38, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Oct. 7 with simple assault, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, harassment and reckless driving from an incident that occurred on Sept. 28 in Conewango Twp.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

Reckless endangerment. Dylan W. Brown, 32, Painesville, Oh., was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 8 with recklessly endangering another person from an incident that occurred on Aug. 25 in Columbus Twp.

DUI. Tanner T. Chase, 26, Grand Valley, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 8 with two counts of DUI and six traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Sept. 5 in Pittsfield Twp.

Possession with intent. Scottlynn R. Hackley, 19, Sugar Grove, was charged by Conewango Township police on Oct. 3 with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Oct. 3 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Caroline A. Frampton, 32, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Oct. 3 with two counts each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Oct. 3 in Conewango Twp.

Criminal mischief. Mary L. Graham, 74, Northeast, Pa., was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 8 with criminal mischief from an incident that occurred on Aug. 25 in Freehold Twp.

Possession. Angela M. Kellogg, 33, Bear Lake, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 8 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Sept. 12 in Columbus Twp.
