Trespass. Carol S. Keith, 73, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 27 with defiant trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Aug. 9 in the City of Warren.

Trespass. Rayden Perrett, 18, Sugar Grove, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 30 with defiant trespass and corruption of minors from an incident that occurred on July 4 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Aaron Nazario, 39, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Youngsville Police on Sept. 21 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Sept. 21 in Youngsville Borough.

Harassment. Robert G. Phelps, 32, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 19 with harassment from an incident that occurred on Sept. 10 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Tyler Phillips, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 20 with three counts of DUI from an incident that occurred on Aug. 23 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Dane R. Renwick, 38, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 27 with two counts of DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Sept. 22 in the City of Warren.

Assault. Suntok Waite, 83, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 18 with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Aug. 17 in the City of Warren.

Harassment. John E. Young, Sheffield, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 25 with harassment from an incident that occurred on Sept. 23 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Joel M. Evinczik, 39, Jamestown, NY, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 26 with two counts of DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Sept. 7 in Sugar Grove Twp.

DUI. Tristin J. Johnson, 29, Kennedy, NY, was charged by Conewango Twp. Police on Sept. 20 with DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an unstamped cigarette and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Aug. 31 in Conewango Twp.

Vehicle violation. Andrew P. Seither, 34, Sugar Grove, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 26 with possession, sale or use of display documents and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Sept. 21 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Jason E. Trautman, Jr., 27, Sugar Grove, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 20 with two counts of DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Sept. 8 in Sugar Grove Borough.

Theft. Ashley R. Vantassel, 36, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 18 with theft by deception from an incident that occurred on Sept. 14 in Conewango Twp.

Theft. Norberto Velez, Jr., 55, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 17 with theft from an incident that occurred on Sept. 7 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Gregory A. Andrews, 65, Erie, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 17 with DUI and 11 traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on June 30 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Resisting arrest. Kurt L. Dansk, 40, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 17 with resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Aug. 30 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Assault. Robert R. Hall, Jr., 53, Spring Creek, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 30 with five counts of simple assault, five counts of harassment and false imprisonment from an incident that occurred on Sept. 29 in Pittsfield Twp.
