Possession. Jasmine N. Gertsch, 31, Warren’s as charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 4 with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Aug. 8 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Nathan C. Johnson, 41, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 4 with possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Aug. 8 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Matthew T. Kostkas, 33, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 3 with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Aug. 28 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Samantha R. Wilcox, 28, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 4 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana from an incident that occurred on Aug. 31 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Caleb J. Bean, 34, Tiona, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 4 with two counts of DUI and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Aug. 3 in Mead Twp.

DUI. Isak Riel, 18, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 9 with two counts of DUI and six traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on July 31 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Zacry R. Smith, 21, Clarendon, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 9 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and six traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Sept. 5 in Conewango Twp.
