DUI. Chad R. Dallas 40, Frewsburg, NY, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 12 with two counts of DUI and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on July 7 in the City of Warren.

Strangulation. Christopher J. Frederick, 37, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 8 with strangulation, simple assault and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Aug. 7 in the City of Warren.

Retail theft. Jaidynn R. Kendricks, 24, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 10 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Aug. 9 in Conewango Twp.

Disorderly conduct. Laurie A. Morley, 63, Ashville, NY, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 13 with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on Aug. 9 in the City of Warren.

Disorderly conduct. Christopher A. Zaffino, Jr., 40, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 13 with disorderly conduct and harassment from an incident that occurred on July 27 in the City of Warren.

Retail theft. Tracy D. Eckman, 59, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 12 with retail theft and conspiracy (retail theft) from an incident that occurred on Aug. 8 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Kirby A. Forsythe, 52, St. Petersburg, Pa., was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 12 with DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Aug. 9 in Conewango Twp.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

DUI. James P. Ciprich, Jr., 55, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 13 with two counts of DUI, recklessly endangering another person and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on July 15 in Pleasant Twp.

Possession. Daniel B. Hawley, 45, N. Tonawanda, NY, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 8 with possession of a controlled substance from an incident that occurred on Aug. 8 in Columbus Twp.

False reports. Waylon M. Henderson, 30, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 7 with false reports from an incident that occurred on July 30 in Tidioute.

BROKENSTRAW TWP.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Aug. 2 shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Dunns Eddy Rd. north of Chopper Ln. Troopers say Jessica M. Knuth, 39, Youngsville, was traveling south in a 1972 Chevrolet Nova and traveled onto the berm and then struck a tree. Minor injuries were reported. Troopers say Knuth was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
