C. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE RAYMOND ZYDONIK

Possession. Jacob A. Zaner, 32, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on July 19 with possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility and two counts each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on July 18 in the City of Warren.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

Retail theft. Syvel L. Fields, 29, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on July 22 with retail theft and defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on July 1 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. David A. Lane, 51, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 18 with two counts of DUI, illegal operation without ignition interlock and a speeding violation from an incident that occurred on May 25 in Conewango Twp.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

DUI. Jaykup D. Durlin, 28, Pittsfield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 19 with two counts of DUI, flight to avoid apprehension and 13 traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on July 5 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Strangulation. Adam J. Mintzer, 38, Warren, was charged by Franklin-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 18 with strangulation, simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on May 2 in Freehold Twp.
