Disorderly conduct. Dylan M. Delafuente-Chavez, 21, Sheffield, was charged by City of Warren police on July 10 with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on June 29 in the City of Warren.

Possession with intent to deliver. Joshua S. Haskins, 28, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on July 10 with dealing in the proceeds of unlawful activities, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on May 15 in the City of Warren.

Theft. Craig Pearman, 50, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on July 8 with theft of property lost by mistake and receiving stolen property from an incident that occurred on July 2 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Christopher P. Pickering, 39, Lakewood, NY, was charged by City of Warren police on July 12 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on July 9 in the City of Warren.

Burglary. Owen N. Smith, 28, Grove City, Pa., was charged by City of Warren police on July 8 with two counts each of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on July 8 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Jacqueline N. Zaner, 36, Jamestown, NY, was charged by City of Warren police on July 10 with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on June 30 in the City of Warren.

Simple assault. David W. Arnold, 33, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 15 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on July 6 in Farmington Twp.

False identification. Joshua A. Bang, 32, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 10 with illegally operating a vehicle without ignition interlock, false identification to law enforcement and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on June 14 in Pine Grove Twp.

Assault. Kelly L. Bonnell, 53, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 15 with simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment from an incident that occurred on July 14 in Pine Grove Twp.

DUI. Richard T. Schuller, 24, Tarentum, Pa., was charged by Conewango Township police on July 16 with two counts of DUI and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on July 13 in Conewango Twp.

Assault. Jason R. Lord, 47, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 15 with simple assault from an incident that occurred on July 9 in Pittsfield Twp.
