Resisting arrest. Christopher A. Zaffino, Jr., 40, Warren,was charged by City of Warren police on July 1 with obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on May 16 in the City of Warren.
N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER
DUI. Ethan Z. Backstrom, 19, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 2 with two counts of DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on June 23 in Conewango Twp.
DUI. Joshua A. Clark, 24, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 2 with DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on June 6 in Conewango Twp.
Disorderly conduct. Amber N. Patrizi, 35, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 7 with disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on July 6 in Farmington Twp. Patrizi pleaded guilty to the offense on July 7.
DUI. Jarret M. Simmons, 24, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 2 with two counts of DUI and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on June 7 in Pine Grove Twp.
W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN
Firearm violation. Jette L. Drescher, 28, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 8 with a firearm ownership violation, false swearing and statement under penalty from an incident that occurred on June 3 in Pleasant Twp.
DUI. Wendy M. Jones, 55, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 8 with five counts of DUI and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on June 11 in Pittsfield Twp.
COLUMBUS TWP.
Crash. Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to an incident that occurred on Market St. in Columbus Twp. on June 30 around 1 a.m. An unknown vehicle was carrying a load tall enough to make contact with the wires that came off of the utility pole. The vehicle turned right onto Pike Rd. and left the scene.
Property damage. Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to the Columbus Fire Hall, 5 W. Main St., for a report that someone did donuts in the gravel parking lot at 12:45 a.m. on June 30 causing $500 in damage. The vehicle is identified as a red pick-up operated by an unknown young male. The driver fled the scene west on Rt. 957 after being confronted by a witness. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at (814) 663-2043.
