Cases resolved at preliminary hearings
Four guilty pleas were entered, charges were withdrawn against two and one was held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas:
Brian A. Blood, 45, Warren, to disorderly conduct. Charges of resisting arrest and harassment were withdrawn.
Cameron M. Boardman, 35, Akron, Oh., to theft by deception and retail theft. Charges of theft by deception and retail theft were withdrawn.
Rodney W. Gordon, 60, Corry, Pa., to statement under penalty. A count of willfully furnishing false identification was withdrawn.
Ronald S.C. Nimmo, 20, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia and purchasing alcohol by a minor.
Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:
Nicholas G. Reardon, 21, Warren. Reardon had been charged with criminal trespass.
Gabriel J. Rowles, 39, Warren. Rowles had been charged with defiant trespass. A count of criminal trespass was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
Hunter G. Artman, 22, Hadley, Pa. was held for court. Artman has been charged with two counts of indecent assault, simple assault, false imprisonment, furnishing liquor to a minor and terroristic threats. A count of indecent assault was dismissed.
