Cases resolved at preliminary hearings

Five guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against two during preliminary hearings Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following individuals entered guilty pleas:

Julie A. Darling, 33, Warren, to theft. Charges of access device fraud, financial exploitation of an older adult or care dependent person, theft and theft by deception were withdrawn.

Tomas L. Flanagan. 35, Erie, Pa., to possession of a controlled substance and two traffic offenses. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and two traffic offenses were withdrawn.

Mikki T. Pierce, 36, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license. A count of possession of a controlled substance was withdrawn.

Tyler J. Roseto, 35, Erie, Pa., to possession of marijuana and a traffic offense. Charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense were withdrawn.

Jacqueline N. Zaner, 36, Jamestown, NY, to possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Charges of indecent exposure, possession of marijuana and 11 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following.

Cody S. Phinney, 30, Clarendon. A count of simple assault was withdrawn. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Marlene Sanchez, 45, Jamestown, NY. Sanchez had been charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of operating a vehicle without a valid inspection was re-categorized as a traffic offense.
